REACTIONS:
Parents and teachers must take every opportunity to make a child learn. There are times that the learners are very open to learning. The teachers or parents must always encourage the child's natural, curios nature. Children tend to be inquisitive about things, and that's good because it is an indication that the child wants to learn. Also they should be interested in the life of the learners itself. You must show that you care for them to make them feel that they are important for them also to give also importance to their own selves thus they really have to develop as a person by learning things in the real world. Lastly, be knowledgeable, you'll never know when they will have the special teachable moments.
