REACTION:
There are so many well-educated people or professionals who ended up of trouble because of character defects.
As an educator we are not just imparting our knowledge to the students. We should encourage them to become a productive individual someday, and instilling their minds that character is very important to have a healthy environment with their co-workers someday or in a place where she/he belongs. So even if he/she is successful with his/her career, but she/he has character defects he/she failed as a human. Therefore humane values need to be the foundation of education.
