Social behavior , such as etiquitte, is how we interact with other people. Even if we are the teachers, conforming to such behavioral standard is asked of each student, we must also be aware of our manners applies to each one of us.
For me, being a productive and effective teacher to the students and co-workers, there should be a healthy environment, on how you treat each other. As an educator, we have a big responsibility in instilling the minds of our students to become a responsible and productive individual in the society. Respect to others whether subordinates or superior.
