The struggle for quality education in our country has no end. The battle cry is still in the process of dredging the best and quality education for our learners. We constantly do some research in order to adapt the needs and interests of our learners to the changing world. We even study further the attitudes and behaviors not only the learners bur the teachers as well. This is to determine the factors affecting quality learning.
In order to win the battle for quality education, educators must be fully equipped and physically ready to face the challenges in the field of education. They should be like soldiers facing the battle in the field equipped with best weapons, various kinds of shields and personal armors in order to protect their bodies from the offensive weapons of the enemy.
However, teachers also should be alike with soldiers. Attaining the quality education, one must be fully equipped with all the necessary weapons or materials or physically ready to face the challenges. In order to become competent, you should have attended various trainings and seminars. You should not stop seeking the best learning. You must also be ready in the changing of the curriculum. You must be wide reader concerning the different personalities and attitudes of the students as well as the clamor for knowing lots of trivias that could be of great help in learning.
Lastly, teachers must have big hearts to their learners. They should aim also at children's hearts to teach effectively and finally keep on surfing at the internet in order to be updated on the latest trends in different techniques and strategies in teaching different subjects.
